Mogie Idokogi possesses extensive experience in human resources and administration, currently serving as the Assistant Divisional HR and Admin at DRAKKAR since March 2020. Prior to this role, Mogie spent over six years at Ericsson as a Compensation Benefits Specialist, where responsibilities included designing and managing compensation programs and payroll for local and expatriate employees. Additional experience includes serving as Human Resources Payroll Specialist at Federal Palace Hotel and Casino, overseeing comprehensive HR functions, and working at Pfizer as a Human Resources Generalist, managing critical HR operations. Mogie holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Ado-Ekiti, earned between 1999 and 2003.
