Josue Preza is an experienced professional with a strong background in engineering and technical support. Currently serving as Support and Service Manager at DRAMM since March 2021, Josue previously held the position of Field Service Engineer at Thermo Fisher Scientific for over thirteen years, where responsibilities included equipment installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance on a national and international scale. Josue's expertise extends to managing measurement systems in various applications and ensuring compliance with nuclear safety regulations, demonstrated through a Class 2 Nuclear Radiation Certification. Earlier in the career, as an Equipment Engineering Technician at Texas Instruments, Josue specialized in maintaining complex manufacturing equipment, achieving significant reductions in machine downtime and supporting the installation of high-value equipment. Josue holds a Bachelor of Arts and Sciences from Dallas Baptist University and an Associate's degree in Electronics Engineering.
