Jim Hayes

Jim Hayes has a strong background in finance and management. From 2007-present, they have been working as the CFO at Draper and Kramer, Incorporated, where they supervise the financial operations and capital management of the company's various divisions. Prior to that, from 2003-2007, they worked as the Senior Vice President at Baytree National Bank & Trust Co., where they led the acquisition and management of a wholesale mortgage company and consumer finance firm. From 1996-2003, they held various roles at Royal Bank of Canada/RBC Mortgage, including Senior Vice President of mergers and acquisitions. Jim began their career in 1991 at Arthur Andersen, where they worked as an Audit Manager and was responsible for managing audit engagements for banking and manufacturing clients.

Jim Hayes earned their Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) with a major in Accounting from Northern Illinois University from 1987 to 1991. Jim later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Finance at The University of Chicago Booth School of Business from 2008 to 2010. Additionally, Jim has obtained the Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation from the State of Illinois.
