Haley Rodell

Haley Rodell has worked in a variety of roles in the retail industry. Haley began their career in 2015 as a Stylist for francesca's® where they performed floor sets and re-merchandising, updated price tags, and dressed mannequins. In 2016, they joined The Local Taco as a Shift Lead, where they led and mentored team members, educated guests on menu offerings, and partnered with team members to serve food and beverages. In 2019, they joined Draper James as an Assistant Store Manager, Supervisor, and Associate.

Haley Rodell graduated from the University of Kentucky in 2019 with a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree, majoring in Merchandising, Apparel, and Textiles, and Marketing. Haley began their studies in 2015.
