Jonathan Akhavan

Jonathan Akhavan is the current Vice President of People at Drata. Prior to their current position, Jonathan served as SVP of People at Tonal from February 2018 to March 2022. Before Tonal, Jonathan was with Otto LLC as VP of HR from May 2017 to December 2017 when the company ceased operations. Jonathan has also served as an Advisor at Cloudery and Head of People Operations at ThousandEyes from August 2015 to August 2016. Prior to that, they were Head of Human Resources at Mashery from June 2012 to August 2015.

Jonathan Akhavan holds a BA in Organizational Communications and Leadership Studies from California State University, Chico.

They are on a team with Brian Elmi - VP, Product, Sarah Lubeck - VP, Marketing, and Timothy Jackson - VP, Finance. Jonathan Akhavan reports to Adam Markowitz, Co-Founder & CEO.
