Lily Hsiao

Lily Hsiao's work experience includes various roles in engineering and management positions in multiple companies. Lily is currently the VP of Engineering at Drata since April 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Okta where they held the positions of VP of Engineering from November 2021 to April 2023, Senior Director of Engineering from May 2019 to November 2021, Director of Engineering from February 2017 to May 2019, and Senior Engineering Manager from August 2015 to February 2017. Before Okta, Lily worked at Centrify Corporation as the Director of Engineering-Saas from February 2015 to August 2015, Engineering Manager from January 2012 to February 2015, and Principal Software Engineer from January 2005 to January 2012. Lily also has experience at Sun Microsystems, Versign, Opsware Corp, Netscape Communications, and Pyramid Technology in various engineering roles.

Lily Hsiao has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Applied Mathematics in Computer Science from the University of California, Berkeley. Lily also holds a Master of Science degree in Computer Engineering from Santa Clara University.
