Beverley Harper Beng

Beverley Harper BEng has a diverse work experience in the field of condition monitoring and engineering. They started their career at Edison Mission Energy, where they assisted in the planning department and later moved to the condition monitoring department. They then worked as a Field Service Engineer at Rockwell Automation, providing customer support and receiving training in condition monitoring software. After that, they joined TEVA Ltd as a condition monitoring engineer, traveling to various industries throughout the UK to apply condition monitoring services and provide customer support. They then worked at SSE plc, where they ran the condition monitoring department at Ferrybridge Power Station and monitored the whole site while liaising with different departments. Following that, they worked at AVT Reliability as a contractor at a chemical site near Bradford, where they were responsible for condition monitoring and analysis of rotating equipment. They also participated in safety and planning meetings. Their next role was at Jacobs as a condition monitoring engineer, and later at Wood as a condition monitoring engineer. They are currently employed at Drax Group as a Lead CBM Analyst.

Beverley Harper BEng has a strong education background in engineering and manufacturing. Beverley started their education journey at Brayton High School from 1986 to 1991. After completing high school, they attended Selby College from 1991 to 1993, where they obtained a Btec degree in engineering. Beverley then continued their studies at Leeds Beckett University, where they earned an HND in engineering from 1994 to 1996. Beverley further pursued their passion for engineering at the same university, earning a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng Hons) degree in manufacturing systems engineering from 1996 to 1999.

In addition to their educational qualifications, Beverley also holds certifications to enhance their engineering expertise. Beverley is a Certified Vibration Analyst - Category II, obtained from City & Guilds. Beverley has also completed the Iosh managing safely course provided by IOSH.
