Seema Webb

Seema Webb has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources and people management. Seema is currently employed as the Head of People Solutions at Drax Group since August 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Qualcomm for seven years, from August 2015 to July 2022, serving as an HR Director. Before joining Qualcomm, Seema held various roles at CSR, starting in July 2004 as a Facilities Manager, then transitioning to HR Manager for Systems & Benefits in March 2006. Seema later became the Head of HR for Europe & India in August 2009, a position they held until August 2015.

Seema Webb studied at the University of the West of England from 1989 to 1992, earning a Higher National Diploma degree in Business & Finance. In 2014, they attended Hult Ashridge for a brief period to explore Strategic Human Resource Management, although they did not receive a degree from there.
