Belinda Sun

Belinda Sun is the current Head of Talent & Acquisition at Dray Alliance. Belinda has over eight years of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition, with a focus on the tech industry.

Belinda started their career in 2013 as a University Recruiter for ValleyCrest Companies. In this role, they recruited new graduates for a variety of companies in different industries. In 2015, they transitioned to Technical Recruiter at Spokeo. There they focused on recruiting software engineers and other technical roles. In 2017, they became a Technical Recruitment Consultant at WilsonHCG.

In 2018, Belinda took on the role of Head of Tech Recruiting at Fair.com. Belinda was responsible for hiring over 50 product and development employees within their first year. The following year, they managed a team of five recruiters, sourcers, and coordinators responsible for software engineering, data, and product hiring.

From February 2021 to September 2021, Belinda consulted for Aspiration as their Talent Acquisition specialist. There they used their RPO skills to consult for YP, Uber, and IHeartMedia. Most recently, Belinda has taken on the role of Head of Talent & Acquisition at Dray Alliance.

Belinda Sun received their undergraduate degrees in both Communication and Media Studies as well as Belinda'story from UC San Diego. Belinda then went on to get their degree in International Studies from Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona.
