Your Role:
- Vision & Execution: Develop and articulate a product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with company goals, overseeing its development from inception to live operations, fulfilling market and player expectations.
- Monetization & Pricing: Develop and oversee the implementation of monetization and pricing strategies, including in-app purchases, subscriptions, and advertising, to maximize player engagement, retention, and revenue.
- Analytics & Research: Develop and utilize product analytics, user research, and market and competitive insights to inform product decisions to optimize engagement, retention, and monetization.
- LiveOps and P&L: Manage live operations, revenue, and pricing strategies, and develop and oversee financial planning and KPI analysis for profitability and growth.
Qualifiers:
- 10+ years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of monetizing free-to-play mobile games
- Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and passion for innovation
