Anju Sethi

Anju Sethi has extensive work experience in various leadership roles within the tech and gaming industry. Anju is currently serving as the Chief People Officer at Dream Games since February 2023. Prior to this, they worked as the Director of Google Recruiting at Google from October 2021 to February 2023.

Anju also held leadership positions at King, where they were the Vice President of Talent, Change, and Diversity & Inclusion from February 2019 to August 2021. Additionally, they served as the Chief of Staff for Corporate Communications, Culture, Diversity and Inclusion, and Corporate Social Responsibility from April 2020 to July 2021 at King.

Furthermore, Anju has experience in business transformation as the Vice President at Activision Blizzard from January 2021 to July 2021. Anju also worked as the Director of Leadership, Talent, Learning, Diversity, and Inclusion at BT from November 2017 to February 2019.

Prior to their roles in the tech industry, Anju gained expertise in learning and talent management as the Group Head of Learning and Talent at Tesco from February 2016 to September 2017. Anju also served as the Head of Recruitment and L&D at Tesco HSC from September 2012 to February 2016.

Anju Sethi began their career as the Founder and CEO of Bee Conscious in 2005, where they provided training and consulting services to Fortune 1000 clients. Before that, they worked as a Training Manager at Nirvana Business Solutions from November 2002 to June 2005, and as a Transitions Manager at Convergys from August 2001 to October 2002.

Anju Sethi attended Hill Grange High School for an unknown period of time. Later, they joined the National Institute of Fashion Technology in Delhi and completed their degree in Fashion Design in 1998.
