Roland Ziu

Roland Ziu has a background in hospitality, starting as an Assistant Manager at Dirty Martini in September 2016. Roland then moved on to become a Bar Manager at Duddell's Restaurant. Roland's experience led him to Inception Group in London, where Roland held multiple titles, including Head Bartender, Bar Manager, and eventually Assistant General Manager. Currently, Roland holds the position of Bar & Restaurant Manager at Dream International B.V. Since earning a degree in Hospitality from I.I.S.S De Nora in 2013, Roland has continued to excel in the restaurant and bar management industry.
