Carlos A. Otal

Carlos A. Otal is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as a Board Member for Diné Development Corporation and as a member of the Advisory Board for Dream Project, Carlos also holds the position of Senior Partner at Catapult Growth Partners, LLC, and serves as Sr. Advisor/COO at Audient Group, LLC. Additional roles include BFOGN at GovNavigators and a former Partner at Guidehouse. Carlos has had a long tenure at Grant Thornton Public Sector, where a significant part of the career was spent as Partner. Prior experiences include senior positions at Oracle Corporation and IBM Global Services. Educational credentials include a B.S. in Accounting from Virginia Tech, a Grant Thornton Senior Leadership Programme residency at the University of Oxford, and a Master’s Certificate in Project Management from The George Washington University.
