Giancarla Kristel Rojas, MPM, is an experienced professional with a diverse background in public policy, consulting, and program management. Currently serving as a Board Member for Dream Project since April 2024, Rojas previously held positions as a Senior Fellow at Coded by: and as Founder & Consultant at HRG for Impact and Change LLC. Rojas has a robust history with various organizations, including serving as a Grants Consultant for City First Enterprises and a Grants Specialist at Google. Notably, Rojas was Program Director at FWD.us for six years and worked as a Case Coordinator in the U.S. House of Representatives.
