Shani Shem Tov

Shani Shem Tov currently serves as the Head of Employee Experience at Dream since July 2025. Prior to this role, Shani held multiple positions at NSO Group from April 2019 to October 2025, including Director of Employee Experience and Employee Experience Manager, as well as taking on responsibilities as Wellbeing Leader and Employee Experience & Wellbeing Lead. Shani's earlier experience includes working as a Sales Manager at Dan Hotels from January 2018 to March 2019 and as a Marketing Manager at Meggi and Tuly from December 2006 to December 2017. Academically, Shani obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Reichman University between 2016 and 2018, and a degree from Ruppin Academic Center from 2009 to 2012.
