Jennifer B. serves as the Director of Employee Relations at DREAM (formerly Harlem RBI) since March 2020. Prior experience includes roles as Sr. Country Human Resources and Talent Acquisition Manager at Alorica, where responsibilities encompassed HR operations in the Dominican Republic, and Sr. Director of Human Resources for LATAM at Convergys, overseeing HR operations for approximately 9,000 employees across six countries. Before that, Jennifer was the VP of Human Resources for Latin America at Stream Global Services, managing HR operations for four countries, and held various HR-related positions within the organization. Educational qualifications include a Master of Jurisprudence in Labor & Employment Law from Tulane University, an MBA from Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Industrial Engineering from the same institution.
