Adam Maxfield

Adam Maxfield has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies.

In their most recent role at DreamBox Learning, they are the Sr. Manager of Learning & Development, starting in April 2022.

Prior to that, they worked at byte® from September 2020 to April 2022 as the Director of Learning & Development. During this time, they implemented a successful frontline leadership program and introduced a new benefit for employees.

From October 2019 to September 2020, Adam worked at Lendio as a Sales Trainer and Instructional Designer, where they implemented a knowledge management system and improved the sales onboarding program.

Adam also held the position of Senior Training and Communication Specialist at Dynata from April 2017 to October 2019. Here, they conducted a needs analysis for new manager skills, developed a global recognition program, and facilitated coaching workshops.

Finally, from September 2014 to April 2017, Adam worked as a Training and Communication Specialist at Survey Sampling International. Adam developed a new hire orientation program and collaborated with the Product Team on virtual training.

Adam Maxfield obtained a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Utah State University, where they attended from 2006 to 2013. Following that, they pursued a Master's degree in Industrial Organizational Psychology from Fairfield University, which they completed from 2013 to 2015. In addition to their academic pursuits, Adam Maxfield obtained certifications as a Crucial Conversations Trainer from VitalSmarts in July 2021 and as a DDI Certified Facilitator from DDI | Development Dimensions International in February 2016.
