Lead Site Reliability Engineer at DreamBox Learning

Jonathan Russo has a diverse work experience, starting with their role as a Computer Intern at EatingWell Media Group in 2010. Jonathan then moved on to IBM, where they worked as a Software Engineer from 2011 to 2014. Following that, they worked as a Ski Instructor at Yellowstone Club from 2014 to 2015. In 2015, they took on the role of an Inside Install Technician at Montana Opticom, LLC, where they installed fiber internet in people's homes. Jonathan also performed fiber splices, installed male/female rj-45 jacks, and managed wires. During the same period, they worked as a Cloud Architect at the U.S. Geological Survey (USGS) from 2015 to 2017. Currently, they are working as the Lead Site Reliability Engineer at DreamBox Learning, a position they have held since 2018.

Jonathan Russo attended the University of Vermont from 2008 to 2012, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Science Information Systems. In addition to their degree, they also hold certifications as an AWS Solutions Architect Associate from Amazon Web Services, which they obtained in December 2017, and as an ITIL Foundation from ITIL Certified, obtained in September 2017.
