Alexander Sánchez Tangarife

Alexander Sánchez Tangarife has a diverse range of work experience spanning various industries and roles. Alexander began their career in 2005 as a Logistics Coordinator and later held the position of Plant Chief at Alimentos FRIKO S.A. Alexander then worked as a Design Implementation Analyst and Chief of Operations at Allus Global BPO Center Colombia, where they coordinated the operation of the Contact Center for different banking entities.

In 2009, Alexander joined COMFAMA as a Strategic Development Analyst, where they coordinated strategic planning processes and presented projects to internal and external entities. Alexander then worked at SECURE BUSINESS CONSULTING S.R.L as a Consultant, providing advice on risk management and information security.

From 2013 to 2018, Alexander served as a Senior Consultant at bSEC Consulting SAS, where they conducted pre-sales, consulting, and project management activities, with a focus on prevention and risk management in industries such as banking and insurance.

In 2017, they joined Infosecure as a Regional Account Manager, advising public and private organizations on SAP solutions and optimizing their business processes. Alexander then worked as a LATAM Project and Resource Manager at Synergy Advisors LLC, overseeing projects and talent allocation in Latin America.

In 2020, Alexander held the position of Consulting Process Manager at ZOFOZ Consultoría, where they efficiently managed consultative processes and implemented methodologies for clients. Alexander later joined LafargeHolcim as an IT Project Management Specialist, managing IT projects with different levels of complexity and technologies.

Currently, Alexander is working at DreamHost as the General Manager of Project Management. Alexander also served as a Project Manager in the infrastructure department, setting project goals, tracking progress, and ensuring project success criteria are met.

Alexander Sánchez Tangarife has a diverse education history in the fields of Business Administration, Project Management, and Engineering. Alexander completed their Master's in Business Administration (MBA) from UADE from 2011 to 2014, acquiring knowledge and skills in Business Administration and Management. Prior to that, they pursued a Specialization in Project Management at Universidad EAFIT from 2007 to 2008, enhancing their expertise in the field of Project Management. Alexander began their academic journey by attaining a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from Universidad Tecnológica de Pereira, during the period of 1999 to 2004. In August 2020, they obtained certification as an expert in Digital Marketing from LinkedIn.
