Martijn Leenders has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and industries. Martijn is currently serving as the Chief Commercial Officer at Dreamlines GmbH, where they manage the commercial team and focuses on areas such as commercial partnerships and improving commercial performance.

Prior to their current role, Leenders worked at OYO Vacation Homes as the SVP and MD, responsible for all indirect revenue. Martijn developed long-term, high-revenue partnerships with global OTAs, European platforms, traditional travel agencies, and tech providers.

Leenders also had significant experience at Belvilla, where they served as a Member and President of the Board, overseeing core contracting and financial results. Martijn also worked as an interim Marketing Director, leading a team and achieving substantial cost savings and revenue growth. Additionally, they were the Director of Distribution and Partnerships, professionalizing and growing indirect partnerships.

Earlier in their career, Leenders was the Managing Director at eBookMall.com, leading the shop platform's renewal. Martijn also served as the E-commerce Manager at Endless Ideas B.V., responsible for online marketing and partnerships with key platforms.

Furthermore, Leenders founded an IT outsourcing company, Formin IT Solutions, where they managed a team of developers and executed projects for various online agencies.

Throughout their career, Leenders has gained extensive experience in commercial management, revenue generation, partnership development, and team leadership.

Martijn Leenders completed their M.Sc. degree in Innovation Management/Industrial Design Engineering from Delft University of Technology, where they studied from 1993 to 2000. As part of their M.Sc. thesis, they also conducted a research project for 12 months at Budapest University of Technology and Economics, focusing on Industrial and Product Design. In 1998, Martijn participated in an exchange project in Belgrade, Yugoslavia, through the IAESTE program, where they spent four months. The field of study for this exchange project is not specified.
