Adam J. Vesey

Adam J. Vesey is an accomplished legal professional currently serving as Senior Legal Counsel at Dremio since April 2024. Previously, Adam held the position of Senior Managing Legal Counsel for Commercial & Public Sector at GitLab from October 2021 to March 2024, where responsibilities included leading contract negotiations and drafting a variety of agreements with global public and private sector clients. Prior to GitLab, Adam served as Corporate Counsel & Director for Legal & Compliance at Novetta, overseeing legal and compliance efforts across global contracts. Adam's extensive experience also includes roles at Berico Technologies, Resfeber Strategy Consulting, Killgore, Pearlman, Semanie, Denius & Squires, The Boatman Law Firm, and Roetzel & Andress, where Adam represented clients in various legal matters including commercial litigation, regulatory compliance, and contract negotiations. Adam holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from the University of Miami School of Law and a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Political Science and Government from Florida State University.
