Cesar Trijselaar

Cesar Trijselaar serves as Bestuurssecretaris and Programmamanager Kwaliteit- & Versnellingsagenda at Drenthe College since February 2019, overseeing two strategic agendas aimed at enhancing vocational education in a challenging regional context. Previous roles include Kwartiermaker RIF Gas 2.0 and Projectmanager at New Energy Coalition, as well as Coordinator at the Energy College, which focuses on training skilled workers for the energy sector. Cesar co-founded CareerUp voor studenten, participated in talent networks, and held various positions in organizational development and project management, including a role as Programmasecretaris HRM at Noorderpoort. Educational qualifications encompass a Master of Science in Strategy & Leadership, among other relevant credentials.
