Olga Ierokhina

Olga Ierokhina has worked in Human Resources since 2017. Olga began their career as an HR Associate at Efes Vitanta Moldova Brewery. In 2021, they became an HR Manager at Dressler Consulting. In this role, they were responsible for engaging and intervening in different stages of the employee life cycle, developing onboarding procedures, conducting performance and salary reviews, implementing trainings, and developing HR policies. Additionally, they were familiar with Freshteam, Bamboo HR, and time tracking software.

Olga Ierokhina has a Bachelor's degree in Gender and Diversity from Rhine-Waal University, which they obtained between 2014 and 2019. Prior to that, they studied Psychology at National Pedagogical Dragomanov University from 2013 to 2014. Currently, Olga is pursuing a Master's degree in Management of Human Resources at Università degli Studi di Milano, which they are expected to complete by 2022.
