Brian W. Johnson

Brian W. Johnson is a litigation attorney and his primary areas of practice include insurance defense, personal injury, consumer litigation, premises liability, transportation, retail/ hospitality, products liability, construction, insurance coverage, and general trial practice. Brian is also an arbitrator for the Better Business Bureau where he has resolved disputes between consumers and businesses for more than fifteen years. Brian is active as a member of the Atlanta Bar Association, the Atlanta Bar Association Bard, the Harmonie Group, the Atlanta Claims Association, Defense Research Institute, Georgia Defense Lawyers Association, National Restaurant Association, National Retail Federation, and FIRAE International Retailing Group. Brian also lectures, writes, and presents mock trials at continuing education seminars and industry conferences.
