Jennifer Parrott is an experienced civil litigator, focusing her practice on transportation/trucking law, general liability, personal injury defense, premises liability, products liability, and commercial litigation. Jennifer handles cases involving complex liability, catastrophic injury and wrongful death claims. She also handles less complex matters for her clients efficiently and cost-effectively. Jennifer advises clients at every stage of the litigation process from pre-suit investigation and liability analysis through lawsuit and trial. She counsels clients in the areas of risk management and national litigation management.
Jennifer is active in The American Bar Association’s Tort Trial & Insurance Section, serving service as Vice Chair to the Commercial Transportation Litigation General Committee and Vice Chair to the Cybersecurity & Data Privacy General Committee. She also serves on the Defense Research Institute’s (DRI) Trucking Law Committee. Jennifer is active within the firm service on the Transportation Industry Committee, Technology Committee and Marketing Committee.
Prior to joining the firm, Jennifer served as law clerk to the now-retired Honorable Judge Irma B. Glover in Cobb County State Court and as an Assistant Solicitor in the Fayette County Solicitor’s Office. Jennifer formerly raced cars, competing throughout the United States and in the first women only professional road race (Inaugural Women’s Global GT 1999). Though she still enjoys fast cars she no longer races, her interests outside the office now consisting of hiking and travel with her family.
From 2011-2015, Jennifer served on the Board of Trustees for the Ainsley Paige Higgins’ Dare to Hope Foundation, an organization that was dedicated to improving the quality of life of children with rare diseases and complex medical conditions.
