Robert D. Goldsmith

Robert Goldsmith has been practicing law for more than 41 years and focuses in the area of Worker’s Compensation. He has tried hundreds of cases throughout Georgia and has taken hundreds of depositions from expert witnesses.

He is a former Special Assistant Attorney General in the area of Workers' Compensation and previously was named Defense Counsel of the Year by the Georgia State Board of Workers' Compensation. He served as President of the University of Georgia Law School Alumni Council and President of the Dougherty Circuit Bar Association. Robert is an active speaker with various employer groups and associations on Workers' Compensation issues. He has received an AV Preeminent Rating from Martindale Hubbell for his high ethical standards and professionalism.
