Elizabell Rivera Marquez has extensive work experience in the marketing field. Elizabell started their career at Nestle USA in 2003, where they held various roles as a Brand Manager. In 2012, they were promoted to Marketing Director and worked in this position until 2020. In 2020, they joined Dreyer's Grand Ice Cream as the Chief Marketing Officer, leading a team to build and enhance the company's portfolio of iconic brands.

Elizabell Rivera Marquez pursued their MBA in Marketing from 2001 to 2003 at UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School.
