Heidi Zuber

Heidi Zuber has extensive work experience in HR and legal roles. Heidi started their career as a Human Resources Manager at Frito Lay where they provided HR support to over 1,000 employees. Heidi then joined Nestle Dreyer's Ice Cream as an HR Generalist, where they managed change management, compensation, and labor for 3,500 employees. Later, at Nestle USA, Inc., they served as a Legal Counsel, providing legal support to sales and operations teams. Heidi was also the Managing Counsel responsible for providing legal advice to Nestle Dreyer's Ice Cream Company and Nespresso USA, Inc. In 2020, Heidi became the Chief Legal Officer at Dreyer's Grand Ice Cream. Currently, they hold the position of Group Head of HR at Froneri.

Heidi Zuber completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management at California State University, Fresno from 1994 to 1997. Heidi then pursued further education and obtained a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from the University of the Pacific - McGeorge School of Law from 1997 to 2000. Concurrently, they also pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Organizational Behavior Studies at California State University-Sacramento from 1997 to 2000.
