Penelope Castagnola's work experience begins in 2000 at Nestlé, where they held various finance roles, including Senior Finance Manager for Nestle Dreyers Ice Cream and Finance Manager for the Emerging Markets Division. In 2018, they joined Ferrero as an FP&A Manager. Most recently, they worked at Dreyer's Grand Ice Cream, starting in 2020 as a Field Finance Manager and then progressing to roles such as Integration Team Lead and Director of Finance.
Penelope Castagnola completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree at the University of St Tomas from 1994 to 1998. Afterward, they pursued further education at UCLA, acquiring an Award in Accounting from 2000 to 2002.
