Kathryn Dudsak has a diverse range of work experience in payroll and benefits management. Kathryn began their career at Fast Retailing as an HR Services Administrator and later worked as a Payroll Coordinator and Payroll Administrator. Kathryn then joined New York & Company as a Payroll Administrator. Kathryn further expanded their skills at Luxoft, where they held roles as an HR Administrator/Payroll Lead, Senior HR Specialist/Payroll Lead, and HR Administration Manager. More recently, Kathryn has been working in the fashion industry, holding positions at Carolina Herrera, DRIES VAN NOTEN, and Puig as a Payroll and Benefits Manager, Senior Manager in Payroll & Benefits, and currently as a Director of Payroll & Benefits. Kathryn'sexperience spans from 2013 to the present.

Kathryn Dudsak attended William Paterson University of New Jersey from 2009 to 2012, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education and Teaching. During the same period, they also obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Liberal Arts with a focus on Women's, Gender, and Cultural Studies. Additionally, in 2009, Kathryn briefly studied Spanish as a second language at Universidad de Santiago de Compostela, specializing in Spanish Language and Literature.
