Judith Kamphuis

Judith Kamphuis is an experienced HR professional with extensive experience in various roles within the human resources field since November 2019. Currently serving as an HR professional at Prontas and as Interim HR Manager at Driestar Educatief, Judith leads HR processes in a Christian University focused on teacher education. Additional roles include National Director for OneHope in The Netherlands, where collaboration is cultivated to reach youth with the Word of God. Previous positions include Interim HR Business Partner at ZOA, HR Advisor at SchuldHulpMaatje, and HR Manager at THDV, among others. Judith has demonstrated a strong capacity for managing HR projects, advising on policy issues, and leading teams across multiple organizations.
