Ryan Baylis

Ryan Baylis has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Ryan started their career in 2011 as a Video Coordinator at Uppercase Living, where they produced video content for distributors and customers. In 2011, they also worked as a Social Media Manager at Icon Health and Fitness. From 2013 to 2016, Ryan was the Brand Content Manager at GoalZero, overseeing in-house content production and driving activations. In 2015, they joined Degreed as a Video Producer until 2018. During this time, they also worked as a Video Producer & Creative Manager at Grow.com in 2018. Ryan has a passion for voiceovers, and since 2014, they have been freelancing as a Voice Over Talent, producing and recording voice overs for various projects. In 2006, they founded RyBay Multimedia, where they worked as a Director, Editor, and Videographer, creating promotional content for clients and providing delivery on different platforms. Lastly, in 2016, Ryan co-founded and became the CEO of Drift, offering an alternative air freshener experience. Ryan continues their journey as the VP of Experience at Scentbird since 2022.

Ryan Baylis received a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Broadcast Journalism from Utah State University, attending from 2008 to 2012. Prior to that, they graduated from Bountiful High School in 2008, earning their high school diploma. In addition to their formal education, Ryan also obtained a Degreed Level 6 certification in Social Media Marketing from Degreed in May 2017.
