Alon Gigi

Alon Gigi has extensive work experience in the field of computer vision, deep learning, and machine learning. Alon is currently working as a Computer Vision and Deep Learning Algorithm Engineer at ShopperAI since August 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Software Engineer in the Deep Learning Group at Sony Semicon (IL) from April 2021 to August 2022. Before that, they were a Machine Learning Engineer at AIvIA from May 2019 to April 2021, where they focused on developing AI software solutions and designing deep learning algorithms for anomaly detection and image analysis. Alon also gained experience as a Data Scientist Intern at Ben-Gurion University of the Negev from August 2017 to May 2019. Alon began their career as an Intelligence Officer in the Israeli Intelligence Corps from October 2010 to October 2013.

Alon Gigi received their Bachelor's degree in Computer Software Engineering from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev, where they studied from 2015 to 2019.
