Alon Gigi

Alon Gigi has a diverse work experience in the field of computer science. Alon started their career in the Israeli Intelligence Corps as an Intelligence Officer from October 2010 to October 2013. Following that, they worked as a Data Scientist Intern at Ben-Gurion University of the Negev from August 2017 to May 2019.

In 2019, Alon joined AIvIA as a Machine Learning Engineer. Alon was responsible for developing AI software solutions for wide-area motion imagery analysis. This involved designing and programming deep learning, computer vision, and image processing algorithms. Their work focused on object detection and image classification. Alon remained with AIvIA until April 2021.

From April 2021 to August 2022, Alon worked at Sony Semicon (IL) as a Software Engineer in the Deep Learning Group. During this time, they utilized their expertise in deep learning algorithms and software development to contribute to various projects.

Most recently, in August 2022, Alon joined ShopperAI as a Computer Vision and Deep Learning Algorithm Engineer. In this role, they apply their knowledge and skills in computer vision and deep learning to develop algorithms for the company's products.
