Marco Jungbeker's work experience begins in 1995 at Ericsson Telecommunications B.V., where they held various positions in the R&D and Sales divisions. Marco then moved on to Siemens Nederland N.V. in 1998, where they also held various positions, including Vice President of the Rail Systems division and Mobility & Logistics division. Marco served as the CEO of the Mobility division and was a member of the Board of Directors at Siemens Netherlands.

In 2013, Marco became a Statutory Director at BAM Infra Nederland, and in 2015, they became the Statutory Director and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Utiliteit division at Croonwolter&dros.

From 2018 to 2019, they worked as an Interim Manager at ZZP, where they were involved in various projects such as company restarts and advising startups on expansion.

In 2019, Marco joined Kuijpers as the Director of the Central Projects division. Marco later became the Managing Director of the Projects division, overseeing 250 employees and managing projects worth €110 million. Marco had a particular focus on the Datacenters market.

Currently, Marco is the Chief Executive Officer of Brownline, a company that develops and delivers innovative solutions for the drilling industry worldwide. Their services include high-tech steering tools and on-site services for underground infrastructure projects.

Marco Jungbeker's education history includes a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Avans University of Applied Sciences, obtained from 1989 to 1993. Marco then pursued a Master of Science degree in Knowledge and Information Technology from Middlesex University (CIBIT), London, from 1993 to 1994. Finally, they completed a Master of Business in Rail Systems from Delft University of Technology from 2003 to 2006.
