Massimo Felicioni

Massimo Felicioni is a seasoned professional in quality management and project execution, with over three decades of experience in the oil and gas industry. Currently serving as Quality Manager at Drillmec since April 2014, Massimo has held leadership roles including Head of Proposals Department and Head of QHSE, overseeing quality assurance, cost estimation, and product certification. Prior to Drillmec, Massimo was the Director of Project Management at STC S.p.a., where responsibilities included ensuring project delivery, customer satisfaction, and financial targets. At General Electric Oil & Gas, Massimo progressed through various roles, including Project Manager and Quality director, culminating in a Six Sigma Master Black Belt certification. Massimo's career began at Nuovo Pignone as a Proposal Manager for Large Power Plants and Design Engineer, following an Engineer's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Università degli Studi di Firenze.
