Marissa Medina

Marissa Medina is an Engineering Technician at DRILTEK since January 2021, bringing a strong background in engineering and project management. Previously, Marissa served as an Avid Tutor for the Kern High School District Educational Foundation from September 2015 to December 2020. Additionally, Marissa gained practical experience as a Project Intern at Aera Energy LLC, contributing to a carbon dioxide emission project from August 2019 to May 2020. In July 2019, Marissa worked as a Student Research Assistant for the CSUB/BC Summer STEM Research Program, focusing on numerical simulation of pipe flow behavior using Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD). Marissa holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Petroleum Engineering from California State University, Bakersfield, completed in 2020.
