Ajith Prabhu

Ajith Prabhu has a wealth of experience in various roles across multiple companies. Ajith began their career as a Consultant at Qimpro in 1999 before moving on to work as a Quality Manager at Bharti. Ajith then joined ICICI OneSource as a Manager Quality, followed by a role as a Principal Consultant at Synagoge Knowledge Services. In 2006, they became a Six Sigma- Lead at Dell. Ajith then transitioned into the insurance industry, working as the Head of Quality and Knowledge Management at Reliance Life Insurance. Ajith later joined Reliance Commercial Finance, where they held positions as the Head Credit Operations and Head Quality and Knowledge Management. Ajith's career continued to progress, and they eventually became the Head of Operations, Customer Service, and Credit Processing at Reliance Home Finance Ltd. Ajith then served as the Chief Experience Officer at Pine Labs before taking on their current role as the Head of Global Operations at Drip Capital.

Ajith Prabhu pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Operations from K J Somaiya Institute of Management Studies from 1997 to 1999. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Mechanical from the National Institute of Technology Rourkela between 1990 and 1992. In addition, they have obtained the certification of Certified Six Sigma Black Belt from ASQ.
