Joseph Riggs

Joseph Riggs serves as the Director of Finance at Dripping Springs ISD since August 2022, bringing extensive financial expertise from over 14 years at Responsive Education Solutions, where roles included Director of Accounting Systems/Financial Planning & Analysis and Accounting Systems Manager. In these positions, Joseph led financial planning for a $255 million budget, managed an ERP system for core business processes, and supported multiple bond issuances, raising $149 million for facility expansions. Joseph also has a background in overseeing academic and operational improvements across multiple schools and holds a Master of Science in Accounting and Information Technology from Texas State University and a Bachelor of Arts in History and Government from The University of Texas at Austin.
