Victoria Morales has a diverse work experience in various healthcare roles. Victoria started their career as an Informatics Specialist at Christus Spohn Health System in 2012, where they provided training and support to physicians on clinical information systems. In 2013, they worked as a Regional Coordinator at Davita before moving to CHRISTUS Health as a Practice Manager, where they managed a five-physician practice and assisted in budgeting and operational planning. Victoria then joined Epic Health Services, Inc. as a Client Supervisor in 2014, managing nurse-client relationships and participating in the hiring and termination processes. In 2015, they worked as a Project Manager at Cardon Outreach, leading cross-functional teams and building client relationships. Victoria'smost recent position was at DRISCOLL CHILDRENS HEALTH PLAN, where they held multiple roles including Community Outreach and Education Manager and Director of Eligibility/Enrollment, Communications, Community Outreach. Victoria oversaw various departments, developed operational plans, and supported strategic planning efforts.

Victoria Morales, MHA completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Bio-Medical Science with a minor in Chemistry from Texas A&M University-Kingsville. Victoria attended the university from 2006 to 2011. In 2013, Victoria pursued higher education and obtained a Master's Degree in Healthcare Administration (M.H.A) from Capella University. Victoria graduated with distinction in 2014.
