Kakali Mukherjee

Kakali Mukherjee, CSM, currently serves as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator at DRISHTICON since March 2022. Prior experience includes a self-study focus on Scrum and Agile methodologies, alongside manual and automation testing from September 2015 to February 2022. Kakali formerly held the position of Project Manager at Tata Consultancy Services from June 2003 to August 2015, leading significant application support projects and implementing process improvements that enhanced service level agreement (SLA) compliance and customer satisfaction. Earlier roles included Software Developer at TCG SOFTWARE LIMITED and RS-Software Ltd, and Junior Scientist at CDAC, Kolkata. Kakali Mukherjee holds a Bachelor of Science in Physics, a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science & Technology, and a Master of Technology in Computer Science & Engineering from Calcutta University, Kolkata.
