Regina has a long and varied work experience, beginning in 2007 with Spark Marketing and Research Services Inc. as a Telesales Representative. In 2009, they joined Transcom as a CSR/Tier 2 TSR, and in 2011, they became an Account Executive at OSRP, LLC. In 2013, they started at Results Manila Inc. as a Quality Assurance Analyst, and in 2017, they began teaching English as a Second Language at 51Talk. In 2018, they became a Customer Support/Subject Matter Expert (Bell) at Quantrics Enterprises Inc., and in 2019, they were a Senior Digital Marketing Manager at Online Local Search. Most recently, in 2021, they have been a Host Experience Manager at Drive lah.

Regina attended Jose Rizal University from 2000 to 2008, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Hotel, Motel, and Restaurant Management.
