Brad Esposito has a diverse work experience spanning over 20 years. Brad currently serves as the Vice President of Operational Excellence at Driven Brands Inc. where they are responsible for implementing strategies to enhance operational efficiency. Prior to this, Brad held various roles at the company including Senior Director of Capital Projects & Innovation, Senior Director of New Unit Growth, Director of New Unit Growth, and Director of Training and Communications.

Before joining Driven Brands Inc., Brad worked as the Operations Director and General Manager at Luella's Bar-B-Que. Brad also gained valuable experience at Landry's Restaurants, where they served as the Training and Development Manager, General Manager, Assistant General Manager, and Manager.

Additionally, Brad worked as an Administrative Assistant & Server at Boddie-Noell Ent. d.b.a Texas Steakhouse & Saloon, a Foodservice Shift Manager at Carowinds, and a Shift Leader at SD Holdings, LLC d.b.a McAlister's Deli.

Brad Esposito received their Bachelor of Arts degree in Hospitality Management from East Carolina University, where they attended from 2001 to 2004. Prior to that, they completed their high school education at Sun Valley High School. In 2016, Brad Esposito also obtained a certification as a Certified Cicerone® from the Cicerone® Certification Program.
