Brett Downs

Brett Downs has a diverse and extensive work experience. Starting in 2006, they worked at T. Rowe Price as a Specialist & Registered Representative/Associate, where they educated clients on asset allocation and investment principles. Brett was promoted within 100 days to Specialist.

From 2008 to 2009, they pursued a Full-time MBA at the University of Tampa.

In 2009, they joined 1-800 Radiator & A/C as a Territory Sales Manager and later became a Regional Sales & Operations Manager. From 2012 to 2014, they served as the National Account Executive & eCommerce Integrations Manager, successfully developing business with national multi-store customers and implementing integrated e-Commerce solutions. In 2015, they transitioned to the role of Senior Director, Strategic Partnerships and later became the VP of Sales & Marketing.

From 2018 to 2020, they worked at Spire Supply as the General Manager.

Currently, they are employed at Driven Brands Inc. Brett first served as the VP of 1-800 Radiator, a Driven Brands Company, and then as the VP of Platform Services. Brett is currently the President of 1-800 Radiator & A/C, a Driven Brands Company.

Brett Downs completed their Bachelor of Science in Finance at UCF College of Business from 2000 to 2005. Brett then pursued their Master of Business Administration with a focus on Finance at the University of Tampa - John H. Sykes College of Business from 2006 to 2009.
