Joy Desai

Joy Desai has extensive experience in finance and operations management. Joy is currently serving as the Vice President of Finance Operations at Driven Brands Inc., a position they have held since March 2023. Prior to this, they worked at American Tire Distributors, where they held several leadership roles including Sr. Director of Order-to-Cash and Director of Procure-to-Pay. During their time at American Tire Distributors, Joy was responsible for managing various aspects of the end-to-end processes, such as credit management, cash application, collections, and procurement. Before joining American Tire Distributors, they held positions at BAE Systems, Merck, Hewitt Associates, and Mergent, Inc., where they gained experience in business analysis, financial analysis, and customer service.

Joy Desai attended the University of North Carolina at Charlotte from 2002 to 2007. During this time, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Political Science.
