Timothy Papandreou

Timothy Papandreou has dedicated their career to transportation innovation. Timothy served as the Chief Innovation Officer/ Director Office of Innovation for the San Francisco Municipal Transportation Agency from 2009 to 2016. In this role, they oversaw the development and implementation of new technologies to improve the efficiency and safety of the city's transportation system.

In 2016, Papandreou joined Waymo, the self-driving technology company spun out of Google's self-driving car project. Timothy served as Waymo's Strategic Partnerships lead, working with teams to develop and launch the world's first fully self-driving vehicle service.

Papandreou is currently an advisor at DriveU.auto, a startup that is developing autonomous driving technology for the trucking industry.
