Emily Ellis

Emily Ellis has over 15 years of work experience, starting with a role as a Finance and Events Intern at John Edwards for President in 2007. Emily then worked as a Development Associate at Living Classrooms Foundation from 2008 to 2011. Emily joined LivingSocial in 2011, where they held various positions including Executive Assistant, Program Manager, and Senior Program Manager. Emily then worked at 2U as an Operations Manager and later became a Director of Enrollment Services. In 2015, Emily moved to SocialCode and served as a Director of Business Operations and later as a Senior Director of Business Operations. Emily then joined Lyft in 2018 as an Operations Manager before being promoted to General Manager of Washington, D.C. Emily's most recent role is as the Head of People at DriveWealth starting in 2022.

Emily Ellis earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Political Science- State and Local from Elon University between 2004 and 2008.
