Eve Hunter

Eve Hunter has worked in a variety of roles since 2008. Eve began their career as a Medical Lab Assistant for the Interior Health Authority, where they were responsible for technical skills involving maintenance and operation of lab equipment, phlebotomy, client interactions, and handling of patient information and requisitions. Eve also had knowledge of medical terminology and ordering of most tests and was responsible for preparing specimens for various departments. In 2011, they took on a similar role with Alberta Health Services, where they were responsible for technical skills involving maintenance and operation of lab equipment, phlebotomy, client interactions, and handling of patient requisitions. Eve was also skilled in medical terminology and ordering of most blood tests, and various bodily fluid and substance tests.

In 2011, Eve Hunter also began working for Pentair Thermal Management as a Proposals Coordinator and Document Control Specialist. As Proposals Coordinator, they received training in engineering, execution strategy, conflict management, safety, project planning, risk management, and contracts management, as well as some Electrical Heat Trace training. Eve was also responsible for production and maintenance of marketing, training materials, and documentation, as well as high level editing and technical writing. As Document Control Specialist, they were responsible for storing, managing, and tracking various company documents, scanning, imaging, organizing, and maintaining documents, and archiving inactive records in accordance with the records retention schedule.

In 2017, Eve Hunter took on the role of Technical Writer for Profire Energy. Two years later, they began working for Jen-Col Construction Ltd. as a Business Development Coordinator, where they were responsible for creating detailed and compelling proposal packages, identifying response deliverables, and supporting business development initiatives by researching lead opportunities and coordinating trade show appearances and other events that promoted the Jen-Col brand. Most recently, in 2021, they began working as a Business Proposal Writer for Drivewyze.

Eve Hunter attended The University of Lethbridge from 2003 to 2007, where they earned a Bachelor of English in English Language and Literature, General. Prior to that, they attended NAIT (Northern Alberta Institute of Technology) from 1997 to 1998, where they obtained a Medical Lab Assistant degree in Laboratory Medicine.
