Dr. Harald Paul has a diverse range of work experience. Dr. Harald is currently serving as the Business Operations Director Europe at DroneBase, where they focus on drone-based inspection and data analytics for the renewable energy sector. Prior to this, Dr. Paul owned their own business called Harald Paul Business Strategies. Dr. Harald worked as a mentor at DISRUPTORS and served as the Business Unit Lead/Startup Team at Agility Scales, where they were responsible for business model design, sales development, and strategy development. Dr. Paul was also the Head of Business Operations at DesignBar Solutions GmbH and the Program and PMO Leader Corporate Development at euromicron AG. Dr. Harald briefly worked as the Managing Director at me.Ahrendt GmbH. Dr. Paul has experience in strategy and business development as the VP Strategy & Business Development at IET.Holding and in various roles at Nortel, including Leader Bid & Quotation Management EMEA, Leader Market and Sales Support EMEA Central Region, Senior Manager Business Development, and Specialist Business Development.

Dr. Harald Paul has a strong educational background in various fields. Dr. Harald began their education at Fachhochschule Cologne (D) from 1988 to 1992, where they obtained a degree in Electrical Engineering, known as Dipl.-Ing. (FH). Following this, they attended the University of Sunderland from 1990 to 1992 and earned a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Digital Systems Engineering. Dr. Harald Paul continued their academic journey at the same university and completed a PhD from 1992 to 1997, focusing on Artificial Intelligence in Telecoms Planning.

Additionally, Dr. Harald Paul has obtained various certifications to enhance their expertise. In 2019, they became an Agile Coach & Transformation Consultant through Dr. Kraus & Partner. Dr. Harald also obtained the ICAgile Certified Professional - Business Agility Foundations (ICP-BAF) certification from ICAgile in April 2019, further highlighting their commitment to professional development in the field.
