Flight Engineer - Shift Lead at DroneUp

Jason Styles has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Jason began their career in the United States Air Force, where they served as an Aerospace Maintenance Craftsman. In this role, they were responsible for supervising maintenance tasks and ensuring the integrity of aircraft maintenance forms.

After their military service, Jason worked as a Line Chef at Tusk & Trotter American Brasserie and as a Field Service Technician at USA Compression. Jason then joined Sears Home Services as a Field Technician and later transitioned to the role of an Automotive Technician at Crain Buick GMC of Springdale.

In 2017, Jason joined Tyson Foods as a Maintenance Lead. Their responsibilities included troubleshooting and repairing machine breakdowns, performing preventive maintenance, and adjusting equipment. Jason also performed maintenance on production line equipment and carried out various tasks such as welding, fabricating, electrical work, plumbing, painting, and cleaning.

Following their time at Tyson Foods, Jason worked as a Quality Inspector at Pratt & Whitney, where they ensured product quality and compliance with company standards.

Most recently, Jason has been employed at DroneUp, first as a Visual Observer, then as a Flight Engineer, and currently as a Flight Engineer - Shift Lead. In their current role, they contribute to the safe and efficient operation of drone flights.

Overall, Jason Styles has developed a strong skill set in maintenance, operations, quality assurance, and technical support throughout their career.

Jason Styles attended NorthWest Arkansas Community College from 2012 to 2014, where they obtained an Associate's degree in Computer and Information Systems Security/Information Assurance.
